Company History

1955: Originally Established by Xian City Government In September 1955, approved by Xian city Government, after a series merges of 11 state owned machinery factories and 5 electromechanical stores, the new government owned electric motor manufacturer is established and named as Zhongxing Metal Machinery Factory 1957: Re-named as Xian Electric Motor Factory In July, 1957, the independent production plant was finished and put into use, at the same time, the factory was re-named as Xian Simo Electric Motor Factory by government and focusing on producing electric motors. 1966: One of the Three Major Manufacturer in northwest China. After series of acquiring and integrating and continuous improvement in production, managing and equipment, Simo Motor grew to be a powerful electric motor factory and was admitted as one of the three major electric motor manufacturer in Northwest China. Moreover, Simo was nominated as the tank motor supplier by The Ministry of Machinery Industry.
